A warm blend of lifestyle, lush landscaping, and friendships.

Offering a warm blend of lifestyle, lush landscaping, and friendships, Russell Estates is a scenic neighborhood of 50+ homes nestled within historic Princeton. Picturesque and distinctive, the neighborhood provides its residents with a lively mix of amenities that include two tennis courts (one that converts to a pickle ball court) and multiple socials throughout the year like the holiday party, an ice cream truck social, and Halloween festivities.

There are two entrances into the community. One is from Stockton Street, across from Drumthwacket, the Governor’s residence, and the other near the Hun School campus. Scenic, cul-de-sac streets are conducive to walking and biking, bordering Greenway Meadow Park on the western boundary. Common areas are maintained by the HOA, while residents are responsible for the exterior maintenance of their own homes.

Students attend Johnson Park Elementary School, and Princeton Middle and High Schools or residents can take their pick from an assortment of prestigious private schools all within easy reach. Thanks to its walk-to-Nassau-Street location, connecting residents to all the cultural activities of Princeton University, the McCarter Theater, as well as multiple dining and shopping venues, Russell Estates provides one of the most rewarding residential experiences in all of Princeton.
